Enter the Personal information for the Owner
by setting up a personal portfolio for that person. Every
person in the Sterling Database has their own porfolio of
information. Think of it as a file folder.
Drag graves from the Sterling Explorer to the upper list to assign
ownership. Unlimited graves can be assigned.
Enter burials or people with rights to the
property in the lower half of the screen. Click the Add
button to enable the fields. Double click the person
on the list that you want to work with to load re-load the screen.
If
you open up the person with rights who is not an owner, it will
look like they arent connected when you get to this screen.
The reason is that the software defaults to only show what the
person owns. Click the "Rights" bubble in the top right
corner to display what they have rights to. If you want to
know who the owner is, click the Owners bubble in the lower right
part of the screen.
